Clear Health Alliance Sponsors AIDS Walk Miami April 28th, 2013

Members of the Clear Health Alliance team of health care professionals and case managers, joined thousands of walkers on April 28, at AIDS Walk Miami presented by Care Resource, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive medical and preventive care. The team helped raise awareness and educate community about HIV/AIDS and the superior medical care available today for those who get tested, know their status, get into treatment and stay in treatment.

Clear Health Alliance Receives City of Miami Certificate of Appreciation, January 24, 2013

Clear Health Alliance (CHA) Executive Vice President Marianne Finizio accepted a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Miami on January 24, for the plan's support of and participation in the 2012 Tree of Life Walk and Lighting Ceremony held on the eve of World AIDS Day in November to remember those lost and those living with HIV/AIDS. CHA was recognized by City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado and members of the Miami City Commission, including Michelle Spence-Jones, Marc Sarnoff and Francis Suarez who also participated in the walk and lighting ceremony. City of Miami Police Department Major Jorge Gomez and Miami Downtown Development Authority Deputy Director Javier Betancourt were also recognized for their participation. Hundreds of people attended the annual downtown Miami walk and lighting. They were joined by Earvin "Magic" Johnson who addressed the crowd at the lighting ceremony where he spoke about getting tested, knowing one's status, getting into treatment and staying in treatment.
